Al Sharpton = Bizarro World Jesse Jackson.
Mainly cos he's black and has a criminal record.
They both work pretty closely so I don't think that counts. A Bizarro World Al Sharpton would probably be someone like Rush Limbaugh, since they are both sort of party figure heads with no real official power.
I know, I was just doing some pre-emptive jabbing.
But what is wrong with this guy? He's the only potential candidate I would even consider voting for over Bush, and he's making it impossible for me to do so.
Kerry being a Vietnam vet doesn't really convince me of him knowing how to handle terrorists, but Clark being a general (in a war involving Muslim genocide no less) should be a great resume piece. But then he has Michael Moore handing me the resume in a chicken suit, dancing around saying that Bush is a nazi. That's not reaching out to the swing vote, that's reaching deep into the far left, who have their minds made up that they will vote anti-Bush regardless.
At this rate if we had to have a Democrat in office the only two choices that don't horrify me are Kerry and Edwards. They seem enough interested in their political careers to not do anything stupid, and would make great non-presidents, like Clinton.
With all of Clark's attributes (+18 Strength, AC -13, etc.) he's working pretty hard to be a loser.
