Well, remember there were four of us. If I recall correctly, here's what we all had:
Apps:
Crabcakes, calamari, and "truffle nachos " (Yukon gold potatos covered in cheese and truffle-infused butter), I also had a bowl of the best lobster bisque I've ever had.
Main Courses:
40 Day dry aged NY Strip w bleu cheese crust, petit filet, blackened ribeye, seared ahi
Sides:
Baked potato, horseradish potatoes au gratin, grilled asperagus...something else
Desserts:
Adult S'mores (don't ask me...I didn't try it), I had creme brulee
Wine:
2 bottles of 2004 Faust cabernet.
