My son Read was born on Friday at 5:55pm. 6 pounds, 14 ounces. 20 inches. As much hair as his daddy. Really hates being naked.

Congratulations. Yes, it sucks. But it is so rewarding. If you put him in day care, then he will learn things faster than you can teach them to him. I so far have taught my son how to say "Wow" and "Shit", that's pretty much it. The walking, the "No", the "Where go?" all came from daycare. Climbing the refridgerator was simply instinct, but I can at least credit it to my genetics.

Enjoy what you can, save your spare $5's and $10's for babysitters. You'll need them A LOT. Oh, and Baby Einstein means nothing to 70% of babies until they reach at least 12 months.
